Website privacy notice

This notice explains how Touch2Pay Pty Ltd handles information collected through this website. Contact us for information about our other services.

Your enquiry

If you submit the website form, we ask for your name, email address and business name. You can also tell us your interests, timing and plans. We use those details to respond to your enquiry. If you do not provide the required details, you can contact us by email instead.

We use SendGrid to deliver website enquiries to Touch2Pay. If you choose the email option, your own email service sends the message you choose to send. Our hosting provider may process technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.

Optional analytics

If you select Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, recognised traffic sources, page engagement, Rewards link clicks and accepted website enquiries. Google receives usage information, including browser, device and approximate location information. We configure the site to exclude enquiry details and limit traffic-source data to recognised labels. We do not count an enquiry merely because a form was opened or attempted.

You can decline or change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. The choice is stored in your browser; if you clear browser storage, you may need to choose again. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Providers and overseas handling

We use DigitalOcean for website hosting, SendGrid for enquiry delivery and, when you allow it, Google Analytics for measurement. These providers operate internationally and may process information outside Australia. Their handling of information depends on the services and arrangements used.

Access, correction and complaints

To request access to or correction of information submitted through this website, or to make a privacy complaint, email info@touch2pay.com.au. We will review your request or complaint and may ask for information needed to identify you or understand your concern.
