Quick Start Guide
1. Unbox and Charge
Unbox your payment device and charge it fully before proceeding. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to power the device.
2. Connect to Wi-Fi
When you first power on your payment terminal, you will need to connect it to a network. You an use either Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Please not that your device cannot connect to captive portals or unsecured networks. A captive portal is a network that requires you to accept terms of service or login before accessing the internet.
3. Connect your Device to your Merchant Account
A login email with your merchant account details has been sent to your registered email address. Kindly input the provided credentials when prompted.
4. Test your Device
Process a test transaction to ensure everything is working correctly.
