Touch2Pay was founded to bridge the gap between complex payment infrastructure and the everyday business owner who just needs things to work.

Our Story

Born in Brisbane, built for Australia.

Founded in 2020 in South Brisbane, Touch2Pay started with a simple observation: small and medium businesses were paying too much for payment processing and getting too little in return.

We set out to build a payments platform that puts the merchant first — transparent pricing, no lock-in contracts, and technology that genuinely makes running a business easier. From our first countertop terminal to our customer-facing integrated tablet, every product we build starts with the same question: how does this help the business owner?

Today, we serve businesses across hospitality, retail, services, healthcare, and more — all from our headquarters in Brisbane's vibrant South Bank precinct.
