This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Touch2Pay PTY LTD ("Touch2Pay", "we", "us", or "our") provides refunds for payment terminal hardware and services. This policy applies to all merchants using Touch2Pay products and services.

1. Terminal Hardware Returns

30-Day Return Period

If you have purchased a payment terminal from Touch2Pay, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that:

Rented Terminals

Rented terminals are not eligible for purchase refunds. If you wish to cancel your terminal rental, please refer to Section 2 (Service Cancellation) below. Rented equipment must be returned in good working condition within 14 days of cancellation.

Touch2Pay services operate on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

If you cancel your online payment gateway integration, any remaining API access will be terminated at the end of the notice period. Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable after the integration has been completed.
